Project narrative

In 2019, China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC) gave scholarships to 15 students from Madagascar to study the construction of road infrastructures. The students returned to Madagascar on July 17, 2024, after 5 years of training in China and obtaining a Bachelor of Honor degree. According to media reports, the scholars were mostly from the Higher Polytechnic School of Vontovorona, Madagascar. The scholarships were made possible through collaboration between the Ministry of Public Works and Transport and CRBC. The monetary value of the scholarships is unknown.
