On April 14th, 2023, the Chinese Ambassador to South Africa provided a donation to residents of Moretele, South Africa, aimed at alleviating poverty in the area. The materials donated by the Chinese Embassy included learning and living supplies given to both local schools and a care center. The value of the materials is unknown.
