These programs, which were part of the second batch of programs (scheduled between October and November 2023), covered various disciplines aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of participants from developing countries. The memorandum specified that the program would not require any expenditure by Pakistan's government. Training programs offered included Public Finance and Government Budgeting Management for Developing Countries, Intelligent Transportation Development and Construction, Opening Economy for Developing countries, Agricultural Products Market system Building for Developing Countries, Expanding International Markets for Developing Countries, International Trade for Food and Agricultural Products for Management Professionals of Developing Countries, International Management Capability Enterprises for Developing Countries, Agricultural and Rural Digital Transformation and Development for Developing Countries, Agricultural and Rural Development for Officials in Developing Countries, Poverty Reduction and Development under the Global Development Initiative, Customs Management for Developing Countries, and China's Competition Policy and Enforcement for Developing Countries. Each course accommodated four participants and varied in duration from 10 to 21 days. The programs were designed to provide comprehensive training in their respective fields, contributing to capacity building among officials from developing nations.
