On June 4, 2021, financial close was reached on a deal in which a syndicate of 19 banks — including Agricultural Bank of China — entered into a $1,500,000,000 USD 364-day revolving credit agreement with Humana Inc., a Louisville-based health insurance and managed care company. The maturity of the loan is approximately 1 year, and the interest rate was LIBOR plus an applicable margin. The use of proceeds was for general corporate purposes.
