Project narrative

In August 2022, a two-lender syndicate of the Poland Branch Office of Bank of China (Europe) S.A. and the Luxembourg Branch Office of the Bank of China (BOC) issued a €120 million EUR loan to a major Polish private real estate developer that owns several prestige commercial properties located in central Warsaw. The proceeds of the loan were to be used by the borrower to refinance a credit facility. Record ID#107560 captures Bank of China (Europe)'s contribution. Record ID#107562 captures BOC's contribution.
