Project narrative

On July 2023, the Chinese Ministry of Commerce provided scholarships to various professionals in Argentina's hydropower industry to participate in the "Seminar on Hydropower Planning and Development." Participants studied the use emerging technologies in the field and China's integration of various renewable energy sources domestically. The seminar was held in China by Zhongnan Engineering Corporation, a subsidiary of Power Construction Corporation of China (Powerchina). The seminar is part of a scholarship program established by Argentina and China in 2017 at the initiative of the National Directorate of International Cooperation (DNCIN).
