Project narrative

On February 27, 2023 the Chinese Embassy distributed food packages to three hundred families in Balapitiya, Sri Lanka. This donation was part of the "Faxian Great Wish Charity Project" which was initiated by the Buddhist Association of China. According to the Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka, the donation is intended to foster support and cooperation between Buddhist communities in both countries.
