On June 18, 2022, the Indian Business Chinese Training Course was launched, jointly sponsored by the Chinese Consulate General in Kolkata (#107843), Yunnan University, and the Foreign Affairs Office of the Yunnan Provincial People's Government (#107847). The 3-month program (60 hours) is aimed at enhancing Chinese language and business communication skills of Indian entrepreneurs in West Bengal, with a Business Chinese (A1) certificate awarded upon completion. The course is intended to promote bilateral trade and cultural understanding and is the first of its kind offered by Yunnan Province.
