Project narrative

On March 3, 2023, CRRC Changchun (Brazil) inaugurated the CRRC Changchun Center for Cultural Exchange and Smart City Technology in Rio de Janeiro. This was the first technology and cultural exchange center established by CRRC in the Americas.
