Project narrative

On January 18 2023, the Kazakhstan Center for International Programs Joint Stock Company (JSC) announced the Chinese government had provided 113 educational grants for Kazakhstan students to receive a free bachelor's, master's and doctoral degree in China. The scholarship covers the cost of academic tuition, dormitory accommodation, health insurance, and a monthly stipend.
