On December 25, 2023, Cambodia's National Authority for Combating Drugs and the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport unveiled an anti-drug library funded by the Chinese government in Phnom Penh, with the aim of raising awareness about illicit drugs, with a focus on education for young people.
