Project narrative

On June 16, 2022, PT Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF) — an Indonesian subsidiary of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk an Indonesian state-owned bank (51% shareholding) — and China Construction Bank Indonesia signed a non-revolving credit agreement amounting to IDR billion. MTF made drawdowns on July 15, 2022 with a tenor (maturity) of 3 years and an interest rate of 6% to 7.6%. The facility was originally scheduled to mature on July 15, 2025.
