Staff comments

1. The precise value of China Eximbank’s contribution to the RMB 8,400,000,000 syndicated loan is unknown. For the time being, AidData assumes equal contributions (RMB 2,800,000,000) across the three known members of the syndicate. This issue warrants further investigation.
