On February 13, 2023, China Telecom International Investment Private Ltd. and DITO CME (a Philippine telecommunications company) signed an RMB 650 million working capital loan agreement. The loan carried a 1-year maturity. The other borrowing terms are unknown. As of December 31, 2023, the loan had achieved an 77.3% disbursement rate (RMB 502.8 million out of RMB 650 million).
