Project narrative

On May 19th, 2023, an implementation agreement was signed between the Hunan Provincial Government and the Ministry of Agriculture, Marine Resources, and Outer Islands Affairs for BSD 800,000 of technical assistance (captured in record #103737). The contract is a two-year partnership to construct three greenhouses on an acre of land at the Gladstone Road Agricultural Center. Hunan Province also agreed to send 2 experts to assist in construction of the greenhouses.
