Staff comments

1. It's unclear if this project is included under the Thailand's Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) 13 Lancang-Mekong fund projects. This issue warrants further investigation. 2. The project is also known as "SEZ Project" and “Project on Special Economic Zones (SEZ) Promotion for Intra-Regional Trade in the Lancang-Mekong (LM) Region”.
