Project narrative

In November 2023, China Development Bank (CDB) signed a $20 million loan agreement (captured in Record ID #108756) and an RMB 100 million loan agreement (captured in Record ID #107914) with State Savings Bank of Tajikistan (Amonatbonk). The borrowing terms of the loans are unknown. However, it is known that the borrower was expected to use the loan proceeds to on-lend in support of the development of small and mid-sized enterprises and agricultural projects in Tajikistan.
