Project narrative

In 2023, Chinese government provided a $30,000 grant to families in Aypud -- located in the town of Alausí, Chimborazo province -- affected by landslides that took place on March 26, 2023. The grant was channeled through World Vision International and was intended to respond to the effects of the natural disaster. World Vision Foundation (Ecuador) also helped implement the project. The grant funds were utilized between May 15, 2023, and November 30, 2023.
