In 2016, the Paris Branch of Bank of China provided a EUR 53 million to AMK Holding GmbH (中鼎欧洲公司) for the acquisition of Tristone Flowtech Holding SAS, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, for EUR 185 million. The Frankfurt Branch of ICBC also contributed EUR 100 million to support this acquisition.
