Project narrative

On September 14, 2022, the Development Bank of Kazakhstan (DBK) entered into a $100 million credit facility agreement with the Astana Branch of China Construction Bank Corporation for general corporate purposes. The credit facility carries a 2.66-year maturity, with a final maturity date in May 2025. The aggregate principal amount outstanding under the credit facility was $100 million as of December 31, 2023, and remained at $100 million as of June 30, 2024.
