Project narrative

On April 4, 2023, the Chinese Embassy in The Gambia donated a set of teaching materials and equipment to the University of The Gambia (UTG). The donation ceremony was held at the university’s Law Faculty Auditorium in Kanifing and was attended by Chinese Ambassador Liu Jin, UTG Vice Chancellor Herbert Robinson, and other university officials. The donated items, which were presented alongside the Chinese Ambassador's Scholarship awards (see record ID#105032), were intended to support teaching and learning at the university. The monetary value of the donation is unknown.
