Project narrative

On October 19, 2023, Tenke Fugurume Mining, a subsidiary of CMOC, provided funding for the dredging of the Dipeta River to prevent flooding during the rainy season. The dredging was done at the request of the Fungurume municipality. The precise amount of funding is unknown.
