Project narrative

In 2018, a syndicate of six lenders — including China Construction Bank (CCB) — entered into a $200 million USD syndicated loan agreement with NongHyup Bank — a South Korean agricultural bank — for unspecified purposes. CCB acted as an arranger on the deal. In addition to CCB, the following lenders also played the following roles: AfrAsia Bank (arranger); Export-Import Bank of the Republic of China (arranger); Hua Nan Commercial Bank (arranger); Mizuho Bank (bookrunner); and Shanghai Commercial & Savings Bank (arranger).
