On October 30, 2019, financial close was reached on a deal in which a syndicate of 35 banks — including Bank of China and ICBC — entered into a $3.2 billion USD syndicated revolving credit agreement with Boeing, an American multinational corporation headquartered in Arlington, Virginia, that designs, manufactures, and sells airplanes, rotorcraft, rockets, satellites, and telecommunications equipment — for general corporate purposes. The maturity of the loan is 3 years, and the interest rate was LIBOR plus an applicable margin. The proceeds were used by the borrower for general corporate purposes.
