Project narrative

In August of 2020, a massive explosion occurred in Beirut, the capital of Lebanon. Later, a RMB 200 million grant for reconstruction of Lebanon's Ministry of Foreign Affairs was listed on the official website of Lebanon's Council for Development and Reconstruction (مجلس الانماء والاعمار). The grant is recorded as agreement #30445 by Lebanon's Council for Development and Reconstruction.
