Description

On October 17, 2007, during a meeting with Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni at the state house in Uganda, Chinese vice minister for national population and planning, Wang Piyang, announced his government would donate medical equipment to Uganda and provide health experts while assisting in HIV/AIDS related issues and other health matters.
