On October 18, 2009, Sichuan Province, represented by Liu Qibao, the chairman of the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, donated 30 tractors and 10 farm trucks to be donated to projects of Kenyan Prime Minister Raila Odinga's choice. The amount is unknown.
