Mozambique's Deputy Minister of Education and Culture, Luis Covane, and the Chinese ambassador to Mozambique, Hong-Hong, signed the grant agreement on June 05, 2006 for 20,000 US dollars worth of musical and audio-visual equipment to the Mozambican Education and Culture Ministry.
