Project narrative

On January 31, 2007, the Chinese Government signed an agreement to donate tow schools to Cameroon. The construction project was completed by Shenyang International Economic and Technical Cooperation Co., Ltd. and Chongqing International Economic and Technical Cooperation Co., Ltd. Chongqing International Construction Cooperation (CICO) began construction on September 15th, 2008, and passed the internal examination on March 23, 2009. China Shenyang International Economic & Technical Cooperation Co,. Ltd. (CSYIC) began construction on Septermber 30th, 2008, and passed the internal examination on February 5th, 2009. The handover contract was signed on December 31st by Chinese Ambassador Huang Changqing and Cameroon Minister of Education YOUSSOUF Née HADIDJA ALIM. Construction on the schools ended by July 2009.
