Project narrative

The Chinese Government provided a $750,000 grant for the construction of the National School of Visual Arts (Escola Nacional de Artes Visuais, or ENAV). Construction began in August 2009. The school was inaugurated on November 11, 2010, and the Chinese Government officially handed over the China–Mozambique Friendship School.
