Full Description

Project narrative

On November 18, 2004, Namibia’s Minister of Works and Transport, Dr. Moses Amweelo, and other senior ministry officials met with a delegation from Jiangsu Province, China, led by Vice-Governor Zhang Weiguo. During the meeting, Dr. Amweelo expressed satisfaction with the Chinese Government’s commitment to train 10,000 Africans over the next three years and to dispatch Chinese experts to African countries. It is unclear whether this is a multi-recipient record.
