Project narrative

In 2004, China's Ministry of Commerce provided a N$1.443 million grant for the construction of two regional council buildings in Namibia. The first building was built in the town of Outapi in Omusati Region, while the second building was constructed in the town of Rundu within Kavango Province. China Jiangxi Corporation for International Economic and Technical Cooperation was the contractor responsible for implementation. Construction began on December 8, 2004 and ended on April 28, 2006.
