Full Description

Project narrative

On January 6, 2010, a Chinese government official signed an economic and technical cooperation agreement (ETCA #85159) granting $7.3 million USD (551 million Ksh) to the Government of Kenya. According to a US Embassy cable published by the Guardian, $150,000 USD (11 million Ksh) of this ETCA was allocated towards a computer program for the Kenya Ministry of Finance. All other project details are unknown.
