Narrative

Full Description

Project narrative

On July 7, 2005, the Chinese Government announced its intention to provide Namibia with a soft loan to be used for low-cost housing in the African country. It appears that the loan may have been worth N$57 million, but it is unclear if the source is referring to the same record. It is also unclear whether the housing was ever constructed. This pledge could be linked to record #62070 and/or #62071.
