Project narrative

On December 20, 2011, the Chinese Government and the Government of Lesotho signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA), which committed an RMB 50 million interest-free loan for unspecified purposes. The two governments also signed another ETCA that committed RMB 50 million of grant funding (captured in Record ID#1402).
