Project narrative

On October 8, 2010, the Chinese government donated anti-malarial drugs worth 4,000,000 RMB to Uganda. China's ambassador to Uganda, Sun Heping, handed over the donation to Richard Nduhuura, State Minister for General Duties in the Health Ministry.
