Project narrative

On March 17, 2003, China donated five Toyota vehicles worth 200,000 USD to the Tanzanian police force to strength it's capacity. Commissioner of Police Wilson Mwansasu and Chinese Chief Economic and Commercial Representative Yu Yingfu were in attendance.
