Project narrative

On December 29, 2011, China and Zambia signed 3 letters of exchange, one of which is to undertake feasibility studies on the rehabilitation and upgrading of the Musonda hydropower plant in Luapula and Chishimba hydropower plant in the Northern Province. It is unclear if the project commenced and how many individuals were involved. The other two letters of exchange signed are for projects captured in ID#2337 and ID#15507.
