Project narrative

In 2002, South African and China agreed to work jointly to develop herbal medicine for AIDS- related illnesses and regulate traditional medicine. It is unclear what the terms of the agreement were or how it was implemented. Manto Tshabalala-Msimang, She Jing, and Sibani Mngadi are all familiar with the agreement.
