Project narrative

In 2003, Jacob Zuma and Li Lanqing met and signed an agreement regarding mutual legal assistance in criminal matters between the two countries. The terms of the agreement are in the 'legislation.gov.hk' source. The document was ratified by Parliament on October 21, 2003, instruments of ratification were exchanged on October 18, 2004, and the document was entered into force on November 17, 2004.
