Description

In January of 2007 it was reported that China would help revive Liberia's healthcare sector. According to a report, China would construct 30 hospitals across Liberia and a malaria treatment centre. Financial details regarding the new hospitals were not revealed. The malaria treatment center may be here #1631. May be related to project #1673. Chinese investments will help to rebuild the primary-care system, which is plagued by medicine shortages and crumbling infrastructure.
