Project narrative

On May 30, 2005, China agreed to provide Ghana with a $3.6 million USD grant for economic and technical cooperation. The agreement was signed by Ghana's Finance Minister Kwadwo baah Wiredu and the Chinese ambassador to Ghana Zhang Keyuan. It is unclear how the funds were used. The project appears to be untied.
