Description

On February 14, 2003, the Chinese Government announced plans to offer scholarships to Zimbabwean health personnel and specialist students for training in China to help develop the Zimbabwean health sector. The Chinese Government was represented by Deputy Minister of Health, Wang Longde, and the Zimbabwean Government was represented by Minister of Health and Child Welfare, Dr. David Parirenyatwa.
