Description

On July 10, 2009, Chinese and Liberian government officials signed an economic and technical cooperation agreement granting 70,000,000 RMB (ETCA #85176) for multiple projects. Of that total amount, 2 million RMB was allocated for purchasing anti-malaria drugs. This donation was delivered and officially handed over on January 28, 2010.
