Project narrative

On December 9, 2009, the Chinese and Liberian governments signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement that granted 50 million RMB to Liberia for unspecified projects. The two governments will agree on sub-projects for this grant at a later date. The government officials involved are Liberian Foreign Minister King-Akerele and Chinese Ambassador to Liberia Zhou Yuxiao signed for China. One identified subproject is the continued Phase III of the agricultural technical cooperation project (#1653).
