Project narrative

On January 19, 2008, the Chinese government donated $300,000 USD to the Kenyan Red Cross Society for emergency humanitarian assistance following riots related to the election crisis in Kenya. Additionally, the China Red Cross Society donated $50,000 USD for the same purpose (Record ID#85160).
