Description

Before the election in 2005, the Chinese Government sent gifts to Zimbabwe in the form of agricultural equipment and electrical transformers (See: Red skies over Africa). The Chinese government also sent T-shirts exclaiming support for Mugabe's party (See: Red skies over Africa). With the criticism of the Zimbabwean government, China's timely gift showed a powerful international ally for the current regime (See: Red skies over Africa). The value and exact amount of these donations are unknown, as are the exact delivery dates of the donation. This project is completed.
