Description
On 5 December, 2011, Niger's National Education Minister, Madam Ali Mariama Elhadj Ibrahim, and the Chinese Ambassador to Niger, Xia Huang, signed a 1.5 billion XOF grant agreement for the Tondigamey and Talladjé Est II School Construction Project. This project involved the construction of two, 10-classroom schools in the Nigerian capital of Niamey. It also involved the drilling of water wells at these schools. The schools are located in two suburbs of Niamey: Tondigamey and Talladjé Est II China Geo-Engineering Corporation (CGC) is the contractor responsible for implementation.
