Project narrative

On January 5, 2006, the Chinese Embassy donated two Tongxi computers to Rwanda's The New Times Publications. The computers were donated in a meeting with Rwanda's The New Times Publications Managing Director, Edward Rwema, Human Resource Manager, Emmanuel Kalisa, and Chinese Ambassador Qi Deen. The value of the computers is unknown.
