Project narrative

On August 29, 2006, Wu Guanzheng, a member of the standing committee of the political bureau of the Chinese Communist Party, donated 5,000 USD for the construction of the Kigali Genocide Memorial Centre Road. The project will result in an access road to the centre and involve about 850 meters of tarmac road and 1-2 bridges.
